A bracelet should sit comfortably against the wrist with room to move. Measure your wrist first, then add a little for fit.
How to Measure Your Wrist
- Wrap a strip of paper, string or a soft tape around your wrist, just below the wrist bone.
- Mark where the ends meet and measure the length in centimetres.
- Add the allowance below for the fit you prefer.
Fit allowance: add about 1.5–2 cm for a comfortable everyday fit, or 1 cm for a closer fit. Beaded bracelets should sit closer than leather ones.

By Bracelet Type
Leather
Softens and moulds slightly with wear. Choose your measured size — it will settle in over the first few weeks.
Stainless steel links
Sits rigid, so allow the full comfort allowance. Links can usually be removed by a jeweller.
Beaded
Should sit close without pinching. Add about 1 cm to your wrist measurement.
